Do I qualify for FREE shipping?

Yes! Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. Simply select 'FREE SHIPPING' at checkout to enjoy complimentary delivery on your coffee order.

Your order will be delivered via one of our trusted courier partners or Australia Post. If you have a delivery preference, you can select from the available options at checkout.

Please note: Express delivery options (StarTrack Express and Australia Post EXPRESS) do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for express services are calculated based on your order total and delivery location.

Who delivers my coffee?

At Solace Coffee Co, we partner with reliable carriers to ensure your fresh coffee arrives safely:

  • Australia Post
  • StarTrack Express

We use a combination of air and road freight to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Solace Coffee Co only ships within Australia to ensure our coffee reaches you at peak freshness. We apologise for any inconvenience to our international coffee lovers.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed by 1:30pm AEST are dispatched the same business day, so your coffee gets to you faster.

Delivery timeframes depend on your chosen shipping method:

StarTrack: To calculate transit times via StarTrack, visit: StarTrack delivery times

Coffee equipment delivery: Brewing equipment and coffee machines may require additional delivery time. We'll notify you of your expected delivery date within 24 hours of placing your order.

What time will my order be delivered?

Deliveries typically occur between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we can't provide exact delivery windows. If you won't be available to receive your order, please contact us and we'll arrange an alternative delivery date or address.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You can track your Solace Coffee Co order in two ways:

  1. Contact us directly: Our team can track your order through Australia Post or StarTrack. Simply reach out by phone or email and we'll provide an update.

  2. Email tracking: If you provided an email address with your order, you'll receive tracking details from our courier partner.

Please note: Standard Australia Post parcels cannot be tracked online.

Can I use my own courier?

Yes, we understand every delivery situation is unique. To arrange collection by your preferred courier, please contact us by phone or email to coordinate pickup.

Please note: Once your order is collected by an alternative courier, Solace Coffee Co cannot accept responsibility for the goods in transit.

What if I miss the delivery?

If you miss your delivery:

  • Australia Post will leave a card with redelivery instructions or send you a digital notification to arrange redelivery or post office collection
  • Check your email for paperless notifications if you don't receive a physical card
  • Contact us if you need assistance locating your parcel
